ELECTRONICS and ELECTROTECHNICS

An electronic technician projects electronic circuits and monitors electrical and electronic systems. An electronic technician is able to develop and manage systems for collecting data, knows how to handle electronic devices, supervises processes of industrial automation and has specific knowledge in the field of energy generating and harvesting.

The Jožef Stefan High School Electronics Section prepares students for university studies at all faculties, especially the scientific and technical ones. At the same time, students attain sufficient specific technical knowledge that enables them to find employment straight away.

Our standard school programme is enhanced with lab activities and is complemented by relevant work experiences. A great emphasis is put on entrepreneurship and self-employment as our students have presented their own projects at many local, regional and international events and conferences.
