MECHANICS and MECHATRONICS

A mechanic and mechatronic technicians is familiar with the uses and processing of materials and has mastered how to operate machines and equipment. He or she is acquainted with how work is organised of work in industrial enterprises. In addition the technician plans, produces and tests devices and other equipment, and carries out regular maintenance of complex mechanical/ electromechanical systems.

Mechanics and mechatronics is a technical educational programme that enables students to enroll in university courses at any faculty, especially scientific and technical ones. At the same time, students attain enough specific technical knowledge to enable them to find employment straight away.

During their five-year studies, students visit many companies and industrial plants and in some of them they complete their compulsory internships to gain important work experience. Our school collaborates internationally with schools with similar specialties and carries out specific training programmes with some of them in areas such as welding and industrial robotics.
